Help us make business logic readable

AI increasingly writes the implementation behind business logic — and the people who own that logic cannot read, check, or change it. Leapter closes the gap: describe the logic, AI drafts it as a visual Blueprint — the business logic itself, made visual and executable — and the owner inspects, tests, and approves exactly what runs. We are a small team building this for regulated enterprises, and we are hiring.

How we work

Small senior team

A handful of experienced people, each with full ownership of their area. No layers between you and the product.

Founder-led

You work directly with the founders — a CEO and CTO with decades of experience in visual business rules and regulated decisioning. Decisions take days, not quarters.

We build in the open with design partners

Your work goes in front of real rule owners in insurance, banking, and enterprise operations. Feedback comes from the people the product is for, not from personas.

Remote-friendly, Weimar-based

We are building from Weimar with remote collaboration where it makes the work better.

Open roles

AI Coding Tool Developer

Full-Time | Remote

You will build the AI side of Leapter: the system that turns plain-language descriptions of business logic into Blueprints — visual, executable logic that domain experts can read, test, and approve. The role sits at the intersection of applied LLM engineering, systems engineering, and product.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the generation pipeline that turns natural language, policy documents, and examples into valid Blueprints
  • Tune prompts, model routing, and system behavior for drafting, analyzing, and transforming visual business logic
  • Build the validation loop that checks and repairs AI-drafted Blueprints before a human ever reviews them
  • Improve generated test coverage — sample cases and edge-branch tests that help rule owners trust a Blueprint
  • Work closely with product and frontend to make AI assistance feel reliable inside the visual editor
  • Rigorously evaluate the system against real-world business-logic tasks and design-partner feedback
  • Contribute to the interfaces — MCP (the agent integration standard) and REST API — that make every Blueprint a callable tool for agent stacks and applications

Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer (TypeScript/React)

Full-Time | Weimar

You will build the surface where humans meet AI-generated logic: Leapter’s visual editor, where Blueprints are read, tested, refined, and approved. The role is central to our SaaS platform at the intersection of AI, visual programming, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the core visual interface of the platform — where users inspect and interact with AI-generated Blueprints
  • Build and enhance the graphical editor for viewing, navigating, and modifying business logic represented as visual diagrams, leveraging React Flow
  • Develop the review-and-approval workflows that let domain experts validate AI-generated logic through visual interaction
  • Contribute to the frontend architecture and ensure performance and scalability as Blueprints grow in size and number
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other frontend engineers
