For decades, the people who understood the business — the actuary who knew the risk model, the compliance officer who knew the regulations, the logistics manager who designed the routing — had no choice but to hand their ideas to engineers and hope the implementation matched the intent.
AI coding agents changed how fast software gets built. They didn't change who gets to verify it. The output is still code. And reading code to check whether AI understood you correctly is not a solved problem — it's the problem.
At Leapter, we believe the next interface for building software is visual and legible. Not a prettier wrapper around code. A fundamentally different representation of logic — one that the people who know the rules can read, validate, and own directly.

Roman is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded con | energy as well as several other companies in the energy and mobility sectors. He also serves as an advisor to ChargePoint and Linse Capital.
Rick Clark

Rick brings deep expertise in open-source strategy and enterprise architecture, having co-founded OpenStack and led the Ubuntu Server project. Previously, Rick served as SVP of Cloud Infrastructure at Mastercard and VP of Cloud at Reliance, delivering secure platforms at massive scale.
